Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I live over an hour away and had an oil leak in my Jeep that I found before leaving before my last baby checkup appt before my induction next week. I’ll be bringing home my baby in the Jeep, so a potential issue was the last thing I needed. They got me in with no appt and shuttled me to my doctors appt so I didn’t miss it. They found the cause to be a leak in the oil filter and had it fixed and did an oil change I was about due for within the hour. Every person I interacted with there was over the top kind and helpful. They’re definitely going to be my go to for any of my Jeep needs moving forward!

Had the misfortune of breaking down on a road trip. The folks at Juneks were amazing. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Making sure that I had a place to stay, driving me all the way to Rapid City so I could get home, and then picking me up from the airport to get me back to my truck once they had it fixed. Huge huge shout out to Richard and Kathy. I highly recommend them.

We are so impressed with them!! We had the best experience. They were so responsive and listened to everything we had to say. My name is Gregory Moore, I was in Sturgis for the bike rally August 2024. My new 2025 Ram 1500 broke down leaving me stranded with a trailer and 2 motorcycles 1,600 miles from home. I took my truck to Juneks to have it checked out. After they examined the vehicle it was determined it was not safe enough to drive and it would have to stay for repairs. I left it for a couple of days. When I returned the situation was worse than I thought. My new truck had some serious issues and would be down far past the end of my stay at Sturgis. After working for hours with the owner Ryan, he helped me found a solution to get me, my trailer and motorcycles back to Georgia. It started out with Ryan calling one of his employees in on her off day. Kathy Miles reported in on her off day to drive me 70 miles away to pickup a Uhaul that Juneks was providing for me. After it was all said and done due to issues with 2 Uhaul trucks. Kathy had to drive me 269 miles one way to pickup a Uhaul truck. Over 500 miles round trip. I would like to thank Ryan and Kathy for their support and hard work. They really helped make the best of a stressful situation.

I had been having issues with my 99 Jeep Cherokee for a while, but Juneks gave me a fair price and worked on my vehicle quickly. Especially as a college student, Juneks service was superb and excellent. I will definitely go to them again!

I made a mistake with a fuel additive and needed to get my tank drained as well as the fuel system purged. Though it took a little more time and money than estimated to complete the project the service manager, Richard, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable dealing with a difficult situation. All those in the shop were very jovial and professional, which lets you know it’s a healthy workplace. I also received a military discount, which says a lot about the company. I will definitely be using them for future work on my Dodge truck.

I bought a vehicle from out of town, Kevin in sales was super helpful and awesome in setting me up with the service department. Chris in service quickly diagnosed the issue I was having and had it up on the lift within 10 minutes of me arriving. Fixed the truck and I was in my way. Talked me through everything that was going on and had me look under the vehicle with him so he could show me the problem. 10/10 will be going here for parts and service in the future and for sure buying my next vehicle here.

Super fast and friendly! I took my car in on the Wednesday before thanksgiving and they said it would be roughly a week before they got it in. My vehicle was fixed and ready to go the following Monday! Troy at the service desk is amazing, he made sure I was taken care of and his service was excellent!

Not having the greatest credit due to circumstances beyond our control the financing department worked overtime to find a suitable banking institution that would take a chance on us and help us buy the vehicle we both liked and needed, and also help us rebuild our credit. We will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle

Great service! My jeep had to be towed there during the holidays and snow storm. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and prompt repairs, worked very well with my extended warranty carrier and were really great! Appreciate this business definitely will go back!

Was the easiest time I have had in a long time buying a new vehicle. Lex Kevin Carson and misty are excellent to work with and their knowledge of the vehicle lines is impressive. They were able to match me up with a truck that checked all the boxes. They gave me the best $ amount for my trade in vehicle out of anybody.
