Gladiator models are powered by a standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine with Engine Stop-Start technology paired to a six-speed manual transmission. Drivers can opt for an available eight-speed automatic transmission in place of the standard manual. This gasoline engine delivers a heart-pounding 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. In 2020, the Gladiator will be available with a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Diesel Gladiator models will generate 260 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque.
